The Buying Process - Step by Step
The first step
After a search and selection and learning the request of the investor, we provide our clients with 3-4 proposals in different areas of Barcelona city and its´ surrounding area. These proposals will include information on the geographical location of the property, its condition and its possible use. It is very important for us to give the client all the details about his options and specific purchase in Barcelona, and only then we are able to begin with the process of purchase and registration.
The second step
We will take care of the scrutiny of real estate which includes: the right to property, the presence of debts, the loss of the ransom and municipal taxes. After we get all this information we invite the client for a "study tour" for the purpose of inspecting the properties and surrounding area. Once the investor has decided to purchase a property and sign a contract, we become his representatives and will take care of everything, with regard to its property. It is important to emphasize that when buying property, the investor receives Spanish Identification Number, providing him special permission to buy a property in Spain.
The third step
In connection with the economic crisis, property owners offer their old apartment at a very attractive price below their value.. For these reasons, many property owners are forced to enter into a contract for the sale in the shortest possible time. On the other hand, it gives an opportunity for many investors (potential buyers) to purchase property at a lower price and making renovation and enjoy income passing the apartment for rent, and even sell it, receiving a good profit. We provide care throughout the process, from beginning to end: the management and maintenance of real estate, renting and, if necessary, its sale after several years.
